With this powertrain, the Volvo EX30 can reach 60 miles per hour from a standstill in a mere 5.1 seconds, and SUVs with the single-motor powertrain can cover up to 275 miles between charges.
The other powertrain includes two electric motors and a battery pack, which work together to generate 422 horsepower. Vehicles with this powertrain can go from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 3.4 seconds. SUVs motivated by the dual-motor powertrain have all-wheel drive, which provides extra sure-footedness when the weather isn't cooperating, and they also have an EPA-estimated driving range of 265 miles.
Folding the back seats gives the Volvo EX30 a maximum cargo capacity of 31.9 cubic feet. If you need to transport larger items, you'll be glad to know the Volvo EX30 can tow up to 2,000 lbs with the appropriate equipment.
